PLANNING CO!"MISSION
July 22, 1959
Meeting called to order at 8:00.P.M.
Acting chairman Ed Turner presiding.
Members present: Kennedy Frazier, H. Anderson, Sipe and
Sherwood.
Minuets of previous meeting read and approved.
We have had no report from the Rent Trailer Court nor
Don Ferris . Moved by Sipe we table this request for our next
meeting. 2nd by Kennedy. MOTIO1 CARRIED.
Reeves lst Sherwood presented the final zlat for Reeves lst Addition

final plat stating that it was identical to ' is preliminary plat which
we had approved. Moved by Sipe we aprrove the final lat.
2nd by Kennedy MOTION CARRIED.
Ed Reitan presented A request from the I.0.0.F, lodge for
Kent Cemetery
a permit for the area for the Kent Cemetery. Moved by
Sipe we set Aug 12th for a Public Hearing. 2nd by Frazier
MOTION CARRIED.
The secretary read a letter from Kent Highlands requesting
Kent Highlands
zoning of Industrial for part of t3etr property for the
purpose of installing and operation of a gravel crushing plant,
asphalt ba"Pching and concrete plants and �rRvel excavation.
the balance of the property to be zoned residential. They
presented maps showing the present curt^.--rs of the property
also a map showinv the projected contours rahich they would
leave the property after their operations were completed.
Motion made by Frazier we set Aug. 12, 10/59 for a public
