September 9, 2003
COMMITTEE MEMBERS: Connie Epperly, Rico Yingling,Julie Peterson.
The meeting was called to order by Chair Connie Epperly at 5:16PM. Bruce White filled in for
Julie Peterson,who was excused. Chair Epperly called for additions to the agenda, there were
none.
Approval of Minutes of July 8,2003
Committee Member Rico Yingling moved to approve the minutes of the July 8,2003 meeting.
The motion was seconded and passed 3-0.
Washineton Traffic Safety Commission (WTSC) ¢rant in the amount of$3,500.00-Accept
Ed Crawford,Chief of Police,reviewed the WTSC grant and its planned uses.
Rico Yingling moved to recommend accepting the WTSC grant in the amount of$3,500.00
and that it be placed on the Consent Calendar for the September 16th,2003 Council
Meeting. The motion was seconded by Bruce White,with reservation,and passed 3-0.
The meeting adjourned at 5:35 PM.
