OPERATIONS COMMITTEE MINUTES
FEBRUARY 21, 2006
Committee Members Present: Committee Members Deborah Ranniger, Debbie Raplee, and Ron
Harmon.
Ron Harmon sat in for Chair Tim Clark who was previously excused from the February 21, 2006,
meeting.
The meeting was called to order by Deborah Ranninger, Acting Chair at 4:01 p.m.
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES DATED FEBRUARY 7, 2006
Ron Harmon moved to approve the minutes of the February 7, 2006, Operation
Committee meeting. Debbie Raplee seconded the motion, which passed 3-0.
2. APPROVAL OF VOUCHERS DATED FEBRUARY 15, 2006
Finance Manager Bob Nachlinger presented the vouchers for February 15, 2006, for approval.
Debbie Raplee moved to approve the vouchers dated February 15, 2006. Ron Harmon
seconded the motion, which passed 3-0.
3. BIENNIAL BUDGET ORDINANCE
The Biennial Budget Ordinance was removed from the agenda and the Committee proposed that it
would be discussed at the April 4, 2006, Council Workshop.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:03 p.m.
