KENT PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
• August 19, 1986
The meeting of the Kent Planning Commission was called to order by Chairman
Ward at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 19, 1986, in the Council Chambers.

APPROVAL OF PLANNING COMMISSION Commissioner Foslin MOVED that
MINUTES FOR JULY 15, 1986 the minutes of the July 15, 1986,
Planning Commission meeting be
approved as presented. Commis-
sioner Badger SECONDED the motion.
Motion carried.
Chairman Ward opened the public
hearing.
HAROLD JAMES CPA #86-1 This request is to change the
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT land use plan map from the current
Residence-Agriculture, RA, designa-
tion to a Multifamily Dwelling, MF,
designation.
Chairman Ward presented a letter from Lawrence M. Campbell requesting a continua-
tion of this appeal .
Mr. Harris stated that the next Planning Commission meeting would be held on
• September 16, 1986. This request could be heard at that time.
Commissioner Badger MOVED to close the public hearing. Commissioner Spier
SECONDED the motion. Motion carried.
