a 1983 air quality survey that was conducted at City Hall .
An employee in the Finance Department asked that a copy of a recent
article in REDBOOK be distributed to the Safety Committee members.
The article is entitled, Is Your Office Making You Sick? .
Sue Viseth advised the committee that Joe Sams would be providing
information about the cost of conducting an air quality study at
the next meeting. She encouraged committee members to read the
attached article prior to the next meeting.

in case of a fire in the building. The Fire Department will be

request that an evacuation plan be designed and posted throughout
City Hall.

preparedness. No such training has been provided to City employees
on this subject. Again, the Fire Department will be contacted to
see if they can offer the committee assistance in this area.
