MEMO TO: KENT PLANNING COMMISSIONERS

SUBJECT: CANCELLATION OF FEBRUA 13 0 HOP MEETING
Pursuant to Section 6.A.3 of the Planning Commission by-laws, I am cancelling the
February 13, 1995 workshop.
The Planning Commission has already had a workshop on the Items coming up for
public hearing at our regular February 27th meeting - i.e., adult use zoning and initial
zoning for the Jones/Hobbs annexation area. Therefore, no further workshop is
necessary for these Items. However, according to my discussions with Planning
Department staff, starting with the March workshop, the Planning Commission will
begin a rigorous year-long work program related to plan implementation and
annexation zoning. So, enjoy your night off on February 13th!
