15 THIS MATTER having come regularly before the City of Kent
16 Civil Service Commission on September 13, 1990, appeal of Applicant
Steven K. Strand appealing the decision of the Kent Police
17 Department to remove the applicant from the eligibility list for
18 entry level police officer.

The Commission makes the following:

1. This matter was heard at a special meeting on
23 September 13, 1990.

Commissioners' or to any individual commissioner hearing the matter.
