Mr. Chow,
We, the Civil Service Commission would like to request that Candi
Faupell, Secretary and Chief Examiner be appointed as coordinator
of the revision of the rules and regulations, replacing Mike
Webby, Personnel Director. This request is being made due to a
possible conflict of interest at this time. We would request
• that this appointment be made as of this date.
