Jarvis Chair Civil Service Commission Dear Bob, The purpose of this memorandum is to advise the commission of a recent Departmental action which has temporarily impacted the employment status of Correction Officer Marilyn Stone. C.O. Stone requested to temporarily change her employment status from permanent full-time to permanent part-time effective July 19, 1989 through August 15, 1989.
