examples of your fireground and daily leadership, and your
probationary project.
The "Station User' s Guide" lives up to your usual high quality and
comprehensive standards. It is so well done that it will be
required format for all stations. More importantly, you have
demonstrated a consistency and willingness to challenge yourself
in the expectations set for you a year ago.
Your performance has enabled you to earn strong respect as a leader
from your subordinates and peers. I want to encourage you to
continue your officer development. Given your dedication,
willingness to challenge yourself and demonstrated leadership
