The regular meeting of the Civil Service Commission was held on
July 28, 1977. Present were Ken Yahn, Norwood Cunningham, Deputy
Chief Freelove and Amy Kato.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
A letter was read from Chief Skewes notifying the commission
that Lt. Boudreau has been assigned to the position of the
Support Service Division Commander as of June 1, 1977.
A motion was made and approved to extend the Eligibility List
for Probationary Firefighter to Dec. 9, 1977.
A motion was made and approved to accept the Eligibility List
for Secretary and Chief Examiner as follows:
Amy Kato
Alana McIalwain
A motion was made and approved to appoint Amy Kato to the
position, effective- August 1, 1977.
Mrs. :Kato's address is.7612 S: 212th, Kent, and her phone
number is 852-1534.
A motion was made and approved to appoint Norwood Cunningham
as acting chairman.
The next meeting will be held on August 25, in the police
department conference room, at 8 A.M.
