regular meeting of the Fire Givil Service Commission was held
on Oct. 18. Present were Don Bell, John MacGregor, Warren Bell,
Chief Foster and Asst. Chief Randall.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
A motion was made and seconded to change the age requirements for
entrance firefighter to minimum 18 and maximum 35 years. Motion
carried. The secretary is to study the proposed changes in the
Rules and Regulations. A motion was made and seconded to make the
passing score on the firefighter exam 70%. Motion carried.
A motion was made and seconded to change the date of the meeting to
the 4th Wed. of the month in the 3rd floor conference room. Motion
carried.
