The regular meeting of the Fire Civil Service
Commission was held on Sept. 21, 1966. Present
were Don Bell, Jr. , Harold Goedecke, John MacGregor ,
Chief Foster and Chief MoQuery.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
Examinations for the department were scheduled as
follows:
Promotional for 1st Class Dec. 3
Fire Lieutenant Dec. 3
Firefighter 3rd Class Dec. 7
The Fireman's Pension Board would like to
cooperate with the CSC concerning the medical
reports required of new firemen. The Commission
agreed to furnish a copy of the report to the
Board.
Vacation time,as listed in the Rules and Regulations,
works out differently in the fire department than the
• police department because of working schedules.
chief Foster will draft a new plan that will be more
equitable.
