The regular meeting of the Police Civil Service Commission was held on
July 7. Present were Don Bell, Warren Bell and Chief McQuery.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
Amotion was made and seconded to extend the sergeant eligibility list for
three months. Motion carried. A decision will be made b ylthen as to
whether a new test will be given. There will possibly be two vacancies
in the department by the end of %he year, one a sergeant and one a
patrolman.
Sgt. Spencer will apply for temporary disability for health reasons.
A motion was made and seconded to appoint Chief Mc@uery as the duly
authorized agent of the commission to approve the payroll for the
Police Department. Motion carried.
A decision was made to hold.the regular meetin* of the commission in
the 3rd floor conference room at the City Hall on the 3rd lied. of each
month at 8:30 A.M.
Proposed changes in the Rules and Regulation are to be brought to the
Aug. meeting.
Meeting adjourned.

The regular meeting of the Fire Civil Service Commission was held on
July 7. Present were Don Bell, Warren Bell and Asst Chief Randall.
The minutes of the preizious meeting were approved.
A motion was made and seconded to appoint Chief Foster as the fuly
authorized agent of the commission to approve the payroll for the
Fire Department. Motion carried.
A decision was made to hold the regular meeting of the commission in
the 3rd floor conference room at the City Hall on the 3rd Wed. of each
month at 8:30 A.M.
Meeting adjourned.
