® The regular meeting of the Police Civil Service Commission
was held on Feb. 2, 1966. Present were Harold Goedecke,
John MacGregor, Chief Lee and Chief Foster.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
The Secretary announced that the Clerk exams are scheduled
for Mar. 16 , and the Patrolman exams are scheduled for
Mar. 23, 1966.
Patrolmen Hougardy and Loveless have successfully com—
pleted their "B" Exams and have been certified to the
Mayor.

The regular meeting of the Fire Civil Service Commission
was held on Feb. 2, 1966. Present were Harold Goedecke ,
John MacGregor , Chief Lee and Chief Foster.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
It was moved and seconded to not extend the Eligibility
Lists for lst and 2nd Class Firefighter. Motion carried.
A letter was read from Sidney Mickelson stating that he
would be agreeable to accepting an appointment as a
3rd Class Firefighter in the event a new man is needed.
It was moved and seconded to authorize extablishment of
a 3rd Class List and put 11r. Mickelson' s name on it since
he has 6 years of experience as a volunteer firefighter
and an officer. Motion carried.
Lawrence Sebree is to be notified of the action ,of the
Commission.
Chief Foster notified the Commission that Marvin Berg
is leaving for the Army on reb. 15. In the event that
the Mayor authorizes a replacement, Sid Mickelson will
be certified if his references and credit report are
. satisfactory.
The 3rd Class .Examination will be held on Mar.22, 1966.
