® The regular meeting of the Police Civil Service Commission
was held on Sept 1, 1965. Present were Chairman Don Bell, Jr. ,
Harold Goedecke, John MacGregor, Chief Lee, and Chief Poster.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
Motion was made and seconded to extend the eligibility lists
for Sergeant and Lieutenant for another 6 months. Lotion
carried.
Written examination for Police Clerk "B" will be held on
Sept. 16, 1965. The Commission will require a complete
medical examination.
Qualifications for the new position of Police Clerk "C"
were approved.

The regular meeting of the Fire Civil Service Commission was
held on Sept. 1, 1965 . Present were Chairman Don Bell, Jr. ,
Harold Goedecke, John MacGregor, Chief Foster and Uhief Lee.
The miadteas of the previous meeting were approved.
The results of Al Sells medical examination were discussed
and it was decided he should be certified to probationary
status and wait for the final results before any other
decision.
