Due to the absence of two Commissioners from the city on the
day of the regular meeting of the Police Civil Service
Commission, the meeting was held on July 20, instead.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
Motion was made and seconded to extend the Eligibility List
for police patrolman for another 6 months until January, 1966.
Motion carried.

day of the regular meeting of the Fire Civil Service
Commission, the meeting was held on July 20, 1965, instead.
Present were Don Bell, Jr. , Harold Goedecke, and John MacGregor.
The Secretary reported that Glenn Webster had asked that he
not be required to take the EKG and some other tests on the
medicgl examination since he had had them last October.
After discussion, the motion was made and seconded that all
applicants for the Fire Department be required to take the
complete examinations There will be no exceptions. Motion
carried.
