3 The regular meeting of the Civil Service Commission
was held on May 7, 1963.
The certification of Phyllis Mauritsen as Secretary
and Chief Examiner was approved, effective May 1, 1963.
She was the only applicant and successfully passed
the examination. .
The resignation of Clifford Phillips was received.
Since there is no Eligibility List, a provisional
appointment will have to be made.
Meeting Adjourned.
