The meeting was called to order by Mr. Kelleher. Mrs. Bovell and Mr. Anderson were
present. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
No report on Mr. Van Bruntfs references have been received, but in as much as Chief
Lee asserts, his services were satisfactory and he was carrying the position in a
responsible manner. It was decided to allow him additional time and no action was
to be taken now, however, Mr. Van Brunt's certification will be held in abeyance
until such time as he explaine;to the satisfaction of the Civil Service Commission
that he was entitled to the 15 points given him for experience.
Physical examinations on the present police force have been received and filed.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
