The regular April meeting of the Civil Service Commission
was called to order by Chairman Curtis Farman, at 5:30 P.M.
Commissioners present were: Chairman Farman, Edline, Sells.
The Rules and Regulations governing the Police Department
were taken up, and discussed at length. Some changes were
made. At the conlusion of this examination, it was decided
to ha-e said Rules and Regulations typed and made ready for
the next meeting, when they might be adopted.
The meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
