By the end of February is really pushing it, but we can juggle some stuff around and we might have to work a couple of long days. We will provide you with the two appraisal reports, in DOT Narrative format, utilizing an effective date of September 24, 2018, also recognizing the larger site area (about 10,000 sq.ft, more than last time). We will also be invoking the same hypothetical conditions that were used in the prior restricted appraisal. The fee for the two appraisal reports is$3,500 (total)and assuming we're notified in the near term (ie. by next Tuesday), we can meet the requested February 28`h delivery date. Please let me know if this works for you.
