This is follow up to the conceptual plan we prepared, dated. 4,05.17. The scope of this work includes revisions to the plan and the preparation of a cost estimate. Corridor Plan and Estimate Specific services include the following • Revise the corridor plan to reflect the most recent Naden property study, ® Update the interurban connections on the north and south, and the corridor edges to work with the streetscape and adjacent land use. • Update the conceptual recreation opportunities, trail alignment, and landscape treatments. • Prepare a cost estimate for the isolated corridor plan, Attend two progress review meetings. • Make edits and revisions to Ine corridor plan and estimate. ® Provide rendered corridor plan. ® Provide final cost estimate. Assumptions ® A scaled base plan will be provided in AutoCAD format m Meetings in addition to those indicated will be billed on an hourly basis.
