Partnership dba Verizon Wireless would like to renew its Limited Access License ("License"),
dated March 3, 2015, which commenced retroactively on February 18, 2014.
The initial term of the License expires on February 18, 2019, and this letter is to document that
the City has acknowledged your renewal request and approves the renewal of the License.
Please ensure that the Annual Consideration amount is increased as provided in Section 2 of
the License.
