City of Kent Expansion Proposal
The following proposal is designed to support City of Kent, Washington itIlent)with the design and
implementation of anew career site focused on rectuitment for their Police Department, as outlined
below, The new Kent PD site may include up to five (5)pages of custom content;additional pages
may be added for a fee.
Included in the website creation:
Mocks
• Mock of hcmepage for Kent PD site
• Mocks of interior pages(1-2)
Webslte Implementation
• Creation of demo site
• Implementation of new site, as well as any necessary edits to existing City of Kent site to link
to, and drive appropriate traffic toward new Kent PD site
• SSL certificate for new site
Hosting and Maintenance
m Create one new CRM account(Kent PD)
• Scrape PD jobs from City of Kent's NeoGov ATS
Edits and Revisions
Client will be entitled to one round of edits to the design, images and content of the mock and wireframes,
Upon demo site completion, client will be entitled to one round of edits to images and content within 5
business days of delivery.Any edits thereafter will be charged at a rate of$125lhour.
