Dear Wendy,
Reference is made to the Health Solutions Agreement between City of'Kent ("Customer") and
Weight Watchers North America, Inc. ("W WNA") effective as of January 1"2017 (the
"Agreement").
The parties to the Agreement wish to amend the Agreement as follows. All other terms and
conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Section I A- Pricing is amended to: 12 week series for$156 per member, 17 week series
for $186 per member and 26 week series for$242 per member. Offerings include free
online companion (Digital 'I'ools) voucher.
Please acknowledge your receipt of this Amendment and your acceptance of these terms by
