AMENDMENT NUMBER TWO
TO THE FOOD SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CITY OF KENT AND XVLAN0S, L[C~
This Amendment Number Two is made and entered into by and between City ofKent (hereinafter
referred to as "Client"), whose address is 600 East Smith Street, Kent, Washington 90830 , and
Consolidated Fond Management, Inc., now known as &'viand5, LLC (hereinafter referred to as
°A'viamds"), whose address is 1751 West County Road 8, Su|te 308, Roseville, Minnesota 55113.
VVHEREAS, A'viands and Client are parties to a Food Service Management Agreement, as amended
(hereinafter referred toas "Agreememt°) effective February 15, 2O15.
WHEREAS, both parties now desire to amend said Agreement upon the terms and conditions stated
herein.
NOW,THEREFORE,the parties, intending to be legally bound hereby, mutually agree as follows:
1. This Agreement shall be extended fora one (1)
year period commencing February 15, 2018 and ending February I4` 20I9, as allowed
per the terms of the original Agreement.
Z. Effective February15, 2010, the price per meal shall be
adjusted from $6.28to$6.40.
This Amendment Number Two shall be effective as of February 15, 201O. All other terms and
conditions of the original Agreement, as modified from time to time, shall remain in full force and
effect unless otherwise amended as provided in the Agreement.
