CONTRACT NAME & PROJECT NUMBER: Meeker Street Corridor Master Plan ORIGINAL AGREEMENT DATE: 2/17/17 This Amendment is made between the City and the above-referenced Consultant or Vendor and amends the original Agreement and all prior Amendments. All other provisions of the original Agreement or prior Amendments not inconsistent with this Amendment shall remain in full force and effect. For valuable consideration and by mutual consent of the parties, Consultant or Vendor's work is modified as follows: 1. Section I of the Agreement, entitled "Description of Work," is hereby modified to add additional work or revise existing work as follows: In addition to work required under the original Agreement and any prior Amendments, the Consultant or Vendor shall: Task 5 - Property Owner/Developer Coordination Deliverables: 1. Draft and revised frontage designs including showing plan details. 2. Street and pedestrian lighting design and design report. 3. Design options for transltioning the Meeker Street Promenade to the Green River Trail. 4. Design for raised pedestrian crossing. 5. Preliminary quantities and cost estimates. 6. Private sector cost estimate (ProDIMS). 7. Design drawing for Meeker Plaza Corner. Task 6 Workshop and Council Meetings Deliverables: 1. Presentation materials for Public Workshop including graphics and maps. 2. PowerPoint materials for City Council and for Council Committee Meetings. 2. Introduction The following Scope of Work outlines changes to the Meeker Street Design and Construction standards level of effort for work not included within the original scope and fee dated January 5, 2017. Much of this additional work is related to the effort to establish the design for the Marquee on Meeker development(Riverbend). The Supplement below details the changes to the original scope. B. Background Identified background documents remain the same. C. Assumptions The assumptions in the original scope of work remain the same. D. Proiect Deliverables Same as original scope of work E. Scope of Work Tasks 1-4. Same as original scope of work Task 5. Property Owner/Developer Coordination The original scope of work envisioned individual meetings with property owners to discuss the proposed improvements and assisting the City in an open house. The City has taken over the majority of this role. Tasks 5.1-5.5 relate to the Marquee on Meeker project. Task 5.6 was for the Meeker Plaza comer design on the north side of the corridor. 5.1 Participate in meetings with developers, architects, civil and City staff. 5.2 Provide design services to layout the Marquee on Meeker frontage. This includes development of layout of initial curb locations to design of the preliminary frontage layout. Includes preliminary design and revisions through consultations with City staff and the developer, architect and civil team. Design work includes: development frontage layout, integration of Meet Me on Meeker concept into the developer's preliminary site plan, layout of driveways, bicycle facilities and roadway connections, and design of a raised intersection midblock crossing. Provide examples and costs of preferred and optional materials. Modify frontage layout as agreed to in meetings with the developer and City staff to reflect modification of design and materials. Participate in the review developer's proposed plans and provide comments. 5.3 Prepare cost estimates for the Marquee on Meeker frontage as directed to assist the City in completing negotiations with the developer. Adjust cost estimates to reflect changes in materials and design based upon agreements between developer and City. The City is assumed to lead the development of the workshop format with KPG support. 6.1 Prepare and participate in the City's Public Workshop. Provide up to 3 staff persons and support the preparation of materials at the workshop. 6.2 Prepare for and participate in 2 City Council Committee meetings. 6.3 Prepare for and participate in 1 City Council meeting.
