MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR THE ELECTRONIC DATA TRANSFER OF
BOOKING MUGSHOT AND DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION TO THE REGIONAL
BOOKING PHOTO COMPARISON DATABASE
THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this day of\,,. 2017 by and between
SOUTH SOUND 911, an interlocal governmental agency in the State of Washington, and
the KENT POLICE DEPARTMENT, and amends the above referenced Memorandum of
Understanding (MOU) dated August 24, 2015,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein
contained, it is hereby agreed as follows
1. Section 2. Effective Date and Duration is amended to read as follows:
This MOU shall not take effect unless and until it has been duly executed by both
Parties. This MOU shall remain in effect through December 31, 2024, unless
earlier terminated pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 Early Termination
below, PROVIDED HOWEVER, that the term of this MOU may be extended or
renewed for up to two (2) additional three (3) year terms by written notice from
Kent Police department to South Sound 911.
2. All other aspects of the original MOU remain in full farce and effect except to
the extent necessary to reflect the changes stated herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day
and year first written above.
