The parties desire to extend the contract end date to.June 30,2019 and revise Section 18 of the special 'Terms and Conditions
accordingly.
Commerce,defined as the Department of Commerce,and the Contractor acknowledge and accept the terms ofthis Contract As
Amended and have executed this Contract Amendment on the date below to start as of the date and year referenced above. 'rhe rights
and obligations of both parties to this Contract As Amended are governed by this Contract Amendment and all other documents
incorporated by reference. A Copy of dais Contract Amendment shall be attached to and made apart of the original Contract between
Commerce and tile Contractor. Any ref'crence in the original Contract to the "Contract" shall mean the "Contract as Amended".

This Contract is amended as follows:
The Face Sheet is hereby revised to change the contract end date from June 30, 2017, to June 30, 2019.
18. REAPPROPRIATION
A. The parties hereto understand and agree that any state funds not expended by June 30, 2017 will lapse
on that date unless specifically reappropriated by the Washington State Legislature. If funds are so
reappropriated, the state's obligation under the terms of this contract shall be contingent upon the terms
of such reappropriation.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT INCLUDING ANY AMENDMENTS AND
ATTACHMENTS, REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
