THIS LEASE TERMINATION AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into as of
the Effective Cate (as defined below), by and between the CITY OF KE:NT, a
Washington municipal corporation ("Owner"), and DAVID L. BALL ("Tenant"). This
Agreement terminates that certain Lease Agreement entered into between Owner
and Tenant on or about March 7, 2017 (the "Lease").
RECITALS
A. Owner leased to Tenant a house located on King County Tax Parcel No..
6000000062, located at 324 1I2 Naden Avenue South, Kent, WA 98032
("Premises"), and legally described in Attachment A to the Lease, which is attached
to this Agreement as Exhibit 1.
B. Pursuant to Section 3 of the Lease, the Lease Term commenced on
February 28, 2017, and expires on June 1, 2017, however, Tenant may terminate
the Lease sooner, at his sole discretion.
C. Tenant has advised Owner that he has vacated the Premises and
wishes to terminate the Lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, Owner and Tenant agree as follows.
AGREEMENT
Termination. The Lease Term shall be terminated on the last date entered
below ("Effective Cate"), and Tenant will deliver the Premises to Owner pursuant to
the terms of the Lease.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Lease Termination,.
which shall take effect on the Effective Cate.
