AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE
TO THE FOOD SERVICE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN CITY OF KENT
AND CONSOLIDATED FOOD(MANAGEMENT, INC.
This Amendment Number One is made and entered into by and between City of Kent
(hereinafter referred to as "Client"), whose address is 600 East Smith Street, Kent,.
Washington 98030, and Consolidated Food Management, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as
"CFM°") whose address is 74291 Southeast 27�1 Street, Suite 2.03, Mercer Island, Washington
98040.
WHEREAS, CFM and Client are parties to a Food Service Management Agreement, as
amended (hereinafter referred to as"Agreement") effective February 5,2016.
WHEREAS, both parties now desire to amend said Agreement upon the terms and
conditions stated herein.
NOW,THEREFORE, the parties, intending to be legally bound hereby, mutually agree as
follows:
1.. Section 3.1 Term of the Agreement: This Agreement shall be extended for a
one (1) year period commencing February 15, 2017 and ending February 14,
2018,as allowed per the terms of the original Agreement.
2. Section 9,1Pricing Structure: Effective February 15, 2017,the price per meal
shall be adjusted from $6.00 to $6.20.
This Amendment Number One shall be effective as of February 15, 2017. All other
terms and conditions of the original Agreement, as modified from time to time, shall
remain in full force and effect unless otherwise amended as provided in the Agreement.
All acts consistent with the authority of this Agreement and prior to its effective date are
ratified and affirmed, and the terms of the Agreement and this Amendment Number One
shalt be deemed to have applied.
