STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED
The City of Kent, a Washington municipal corporation ("Grantor"), pursuant
to that certain Revised Agreement for Levee Construction, Operation and
Maintenance, dated April 20, 2015, for and in consideration of mutual benefits
derived and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
by Grantor, conveys and warrants to King County Flood Control Zone District, a
quasi-municipal corporation of the State of Washington ("Grantee"), the following
described real property, situated in King County, State of Washington:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED, hereinafter referred to as the "Property."
Reserving, however to Grantor, its successors and assigns, a perpetual
easement over the Property for access, a public trail, and associated vegetation
management.
