Memorandum of Purchase and Sale Agreement.
The development of Kent Station has been completed. The Memorandum of Purchase
Agreement and Development Agreement was released with respect to the Kent Station
project, except for parcel 3830980070 for the Dwell Apartments. Since the Dwell
Apartments have now been completed, this Memorandum of Purchase Agreement and
Development Agreement can be fully released.
