Wright, PE DATE: May 6, 2016 RE: Supplemental Scope of Work 72nd Avenue South Roadway Extension Kent, Washington Project No. 334002.050 Supplemental Scope of Work This supplemental scope of work proposal is for continued geotechnical and environmental services in support of the 72"d Avenue South Roadway Extension project for the City of Kent. The supplemental scope of work is to provide approximately 150 hours of field construction management oversight and subcontractor fees for grout testing during the grout column installation phase. The supplemental cost estimate also includes approximately 15 hours of labor for Request for Information (RFI) engineering reviews, attending construction meeting, and project management.The estimated cost for the proposed scope is $20,000, as shown below.
