The following is part of the Purchase and Sale Agreement dated December 3.2014 1
between Ookpointe Holdings.LLC and/or assigns (`Buyer')2
and City of Kent ("Seller')3
concerning King County Parcel No.322205-9116 (the"Property').4
IT IS AGREED BETWEEN THE SELLER AND BUYER AS FOLLOWS:

1.The Feasibility Contingency Expiration Date set forth in the Purchase and Sale Agreement is hereby 7
replaced and superseded with the following: g
