Extended Negotiations
Dear Ms.Dixon:
Per conversations with my Washington Manager, David Parry, and yourself,it is out belief that the extended
negotiations with property ownets of the condominium oniis will likely not exceed $5,000.00,We are hopeful to
keep this number under $3,000, but we are dealing with people and personalities which sometimes need
extensive education and persuasion ui order to see the good deal being offered by the City of Kent,
Sincerely,
" 711aedt lcetaaaa i
