I, the undersigned, a duly represented agent of Petersen Brothers, Inc. Company, hereby
acknowledge and declare that the before-mentioned company was the prime contractor for the
Agreement known as Guardrail Repair at S. 277`h St SE 277t" St. and 148th Ave SE & SE
256th St. that was entered into on the December 17, 2015 (date) between the firm I
represent and the City of Kent.
I declare that I complied full with all of the requirements and obligations as outlined in the City
