It is ok for Alex to sign the Memorandum of Understanding Regarding Tax Deduction Pass Thru. 2. Once McKinstry provides us with an original Appendix 1 document: "Government Building Primary Designer Acknowledgement," the Mayor will probably need to sign as the "Owner." The form should not have the "sample" watermark and should be updated with the Mayor's name as the Representative of Owner that should refer to the City of Kent. The "Appendix 1: Government Building Primary Designer Acknowledgement' allows McKinstry to take 100% of the $131,110.00 tax deduction for this project. McKinstry will then provide $19,101 in free services credit to the City which will be used for the Golf HVAC project.
