Materials testing was estimated as a reimbursable expense in KBA's original CM budget; however,KBA was not able to hire those services as such. Exhibit E is replaced with the attached Exhibit E,adding Terracon as an authorized subconsultant,and includes their rate sheets. The Local Agency of the City of Kent desires to supplement the agreement entered into with KBA, Inc. and executed on 8/10/15 and identified as Agreement No. LA 8224 All provisions in the basic agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement.
