I, the undersigned, a duly represented agent of "GeoEngineers. Inc. Company, hereby
acknowledge and declare that the before-mentioned company;was the prime contractor for the
Agreement known as 2401" Slope Stabilization Design that was entered into on the July 2.
2014 (date) between the firm I represent and the City of Kent.
