Instead, physical features were used to identify the scope of work extents. The modifications were accepted through PSRC on the TIP that was issued October 30, 2014. WSDOT requires that the description of the proposed work shown on the Local Agency Federal Aid Project Prospectus to match what is on the TIP. The modifications to the Prospectus description of proposed work, has been done, and requires signatures where noted, in order to resubmit to WSDOT. The trail will comtect the Green River Trail at the south end of the Green River Natural Resources Area, on the west end,with the Interurban Trail at approximately S.218th St,on the east end. This multi-use hail will include trail lighting, Rectangular Rapid Plashing Beacons with marked crosswalks installed where it crosses mid-block on 64th, and 72nd Ave,with a pedestrian signal atstalled on 68th Ave(SR 181). The signal will include a camera for monitoring and I controls for bicyclists and pedestrians. A brid Le will be installed across Mill Creek on the east end at the Interurban Trail. Pervious asphalt is proposed along sections of the trail adjacent to environmentally sensitive areas. Description of Utility Relocation or Adjustments and Existing Major Structures Involved in the Project The trail will be constructed along the surface of the existing right of way, so no relocation of existing major structures is anticipated. Should some existing utility structures be encountered, sufficient room exists to move the trail in order to avoid conflict. Minor adjustment to the rims of existing underground structures is expected. Placement location for the traffic signal pole and flashing beacon bases can be adjusted to avoid possible conflicts with and existing structures.
