Bids were received from all maintenance providers, with the exception of McDonough & Sons, who did not submit a bid. After reviewing the estimates, Pro-Vac was selected. Pro-Vac is well qualified to complete this work, and was the most economical selection. NPDES Capacity Grant funding will be used to pay for the work since it directly impacts the City's Stormwater system.
