UNILATERAL AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT NO. 529831
FOR
2012-2013 Waste Reduction and Recycling Grant Interagency Agreement
WHEREAS, King County through the Department of Natural Resources and Parks, Solid Waste
Division, (County) has an agreement with the City of Kent, numbered 529831, effective January
1, 2012, and
WHEREAS, the County wishes to amend the Agreement to provide 2013 grant funds to the city.
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Section ILA.2 of the Agreement, the County modifies
the Agreement such that the following modifications contained in this Amendment No. 1
supersede the affected paragraphs of the Agreement and are incorporated herein as if fully set
forth.
Effective January 1, 2013, 2013 grant funds as listed in Section 11 B 3 of the Agreement are
available to the city for grant-eligible project expenses
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement are to remain in full force and effect.
