REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT
The following is part of the Purchase and Sale Agreement dated 7/21/12 (the
"Agreement") between the CITY OF KENT, a Washington municipal corporation
("Seller"), and PARAS MALIK ("Buyer") regarding the sale of the property known as
25906 116" Ave. SE, Kent (Parcel #282205-9104) (the "Property").
IT IS AGREED BETWEEN THE BUYER AND SELLER AS FOLLOWS:
The date of Closing shall be extended until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 21,
2013.
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this
Addendum/Amendment on the date set forth below.
