NOTICE OF TERMINATION
THIS NOTICE OF TERMINATION is executed by MEEKER ST. LAW BUILDING LLC, a
Washington limited liability company ("Owner"), and CITY OF KENT, a municipal corporation of
the State of Washington ("City"). Owner owns the real property legally described on Exhibit A
attached hereto and City owns the real property legally described on Exhibit B attached hereto.
Owner and City are the parties to that certain Parking Easement(°Easemenf') dated November
1, 2004, and recorded in the real property records of King County, Washington, under
Recording No. 20041104001169
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged, the parties hereto hereby terminate the Easement.
