Master Support Agreement between the City of Kent and CompuDyne—Public Safety& Justice,Inc.,dated September 9, 2005 t Dear Ms Clements: Tiburon, Inc. is pleased to present the City of Kent with this Enhancement Proposal to move the City's existing RMS,CMS,TIPS and Prop Room system to new servers Scope Descnption Steps to include the move for TIPS/PropRoom are: 1 ■ Move applications and web services to new server. ■ Move data to new server- including photos and databases. ■ Assumption that all IP address will remain the same. ■ Test RMS-TIPS connection and functionality. ■ Test PropRoom connection to RMS database. ■ All work to be done remotely ■ Assumption is PCAnywhere be installed and available for remote connection ■ Assumption is that both old and new servers will be available for transfers of data Steps included in the move of RMS/CMS: ■ Configure Web, GUI, Server, ODBC on servers, and standard interfaces (not state). ■ Client is responsible for setting up ODBC connection on all workstations ■ Assumption is PCAnywhere be installed and available for remote connection ■ Assumption is that both old and new servers will be available for transfers. Price Description 1) Firm Fixed Price: $30,340 2) The Tiburon Annual Maintenance amount will not increase. 3) This quote does not include taxes levied by any government agency for technical services. Taxes for technical services,if applicable,are the responsibility of the Client. I i7Lr r(, C,.4tIPANY h Ms Kim Clements City of Kent Enhancement Proposal(EP)-233045• Move to New Servers October 5,2007 Page 2 of 3 i Tiburon Responsibilities 1) Prepare internal design documents. 2) Modify the application per the"Scope Description." 3) Install the modified code in the client's test environment. 4) Correct any discrepancies in operation,based on the"Scope Description,"post client testing. 9 5) Install the modified code in the client's production environment. Client Responsibilities 1) Designate a person to be the principal point of contact for all technical questions and administrative arrangements relating to this Enhancement Proposal 2) Provide VPN access to Tiburon development personnel. 3) Test the code for conformance with the"Scope Description." 3 Completion Criteria This work will be considered complete ten(10)business days after Tiburon has provided the Client with written notification that the enhancement is ready for testing in the test system, or the enhancement has been placed into production,whichever comes first. If Client does not confirm completion with a sign off letter presented by the Tiburon project manager within ten(10)business days of submittal of such letter, or otherwise notifies Tiburon in writing why completion sign-off has not been provided any final invoice(s) will be issued and will be payable in accordance with the payment terms of this Enhancement Proposal. Terms and Conditions 1) This work will be scheduled to commence at a mutually agreeable date after Enhancement Proposal acceptance 2) Payment Schedule: • 50% Upon Tiburon receipt of the signed acceptance of the Enhancement Proposal • 50% Upon achievement of the Completion Criteria 3) Travel or on-site time is not included in this Enhancement Proposal. 4) Training is not included in this Enhancement Proposal. 5) Documentation is not included in this Enhancement Proposal.
