All other provisions of the original Agreement or prior Amendments not inconsistent with this Amendment shall remain in full force and effect. For valuable consideration and by mutual consent of the parties, Consultant or Vendor's work is modified as follows: 1. Section I of the Agreement, entitled "Description of Work," is hereby modified to add additional work or revise existing work as follows: In addition to work required under the original Agreement and any prior Amendments, the Consultant or Vendor shall: Provide revisions to photo simulation graphics previously produced. 2. These photo simulations will revise and amend vehicles, vegetation, and other site amenities per city direction including two (2) that will add in additional elements such as ramps. 1.3 Provide up to two (2) revisions of the four(4)photo simulation graphics produced rf in task 1.2 above. 1.4 These photo simulation graphics will be uploaded to the City' FIT site as jpegs. SCOPE OF WORK/FEE PROPOSAL BASED UPON THE FOLLOWING ASSUMPTIONS: 1. Photo simulations will be prepared to a concept level of accuracy. The graphics will not be drawn or created to a precise scale 2. Base photographs will be provided by the City showing the views desired by the City. 3. Model simulations showing the glade alterations will be provided by the City for use by 1-11313 in enhancing the simulations.
