The Agreement outlines the terms under which the District and the City Qointly, the "parties") may jointly use, manage and schedule each other's athletic fields and facilities. B. Addendum One modifies the Agreement to include the operation of an after school and evening Community Center on the Phoenix Academy Campus located at 11000 SE 264t' Street, Kent, WA C The parties now desire to modify the provisions of Addendum One to include use of the Fitness Room on the Phoenix Academy Campus and to extend the term of Addendum One AGREEMENT NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained, the City and the District agree as follows 1 Addendum One, Section 2 (Terms of Agreement) is hereby deleted and replaced with the following The Community Center will continue to operate for a term of five (5) years beginning on the effective date of this Addendum Two and ending on the last day of the sixtieth (60t") month after the effective date Toward the end of this five year term, the program will be reviewed by both parties, and if both parties agree, the term may be extended. 2. Addendum One, Section 3 (Facility Use), subpart B is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following. Space, Exhibit A, which is attached and incorporated into Addendum One, depicts the rooms within the Campus that the City will operate as a Community Center (the"Center Rooms") Exhibit A also outlines the three room classifications that will guide how the area will be managed The City may use the Auxiliary Gym for Community Center activities on a space-available basis and with the pre-approval of the Principal of Kent Phoenix Academy or the Principal's designee The City may also use the Fitness Room, which is located next to the gym on the south side of the Phoenix Academy Campus i 3.
