(hereinafter,referred to as the "Proposal") Scope Description and Responsibilities i The attached Exhibit 1, Statement of Work describes the project tasks, responsibilities of each party and defined completion criteria Price Description I) Proposal firm fixed price 75,431 2) The Tiburon Annual Maintenance Fee will not increase as a result of this Proposal. 3) No warranty is included with this Proposal. 4) Training and Documentation is included. 5) Travel and on-site time is included. 6) This Proposal does not include any taxes levied by a government agency. Taxes, if applicable are the sole responsibility of the Client. Effective Date and Payment Schedule 1) The work described herein will be scheduled to commence at a mutually agreeable date after Client's acceptance of this Proposal. Ms Kim Clements City of Kent Enhancement Proposal (EP)- 20539A• NIBRS Washington State reporting Page 2 of 2 2) Payment Schedule • 50% Upon Client's receipt from Tiburon of a Project Plan(which is limited to Tiburon providing Client with the name of the Project Manager and the commencement date of services to be performed hereunder,please see sample Project Plan attached hereto as Exhibit 2 "Sample Project Plan") • 50% Upon achievement of the listed completion criteria. Note No scheduling of resources will occur until after the first payment milestone is paid. This Proposal may be cancelled at Tiburon's discretion upon written notice to Client if the first payment milestone is not paid when due. 3) Client's acceptance of this Proposal in the signature block provided below, authorizes Tiburon to proceed with the work described herein and confirms funding will be obligated Any requisite contractual documents required by Client's purchasing procedures are the responsibility of the Client. 4) The terms and conditions of the Reference Agreement and this Proposal prevail regardless of any conflicting or additional terms and conditions on any Purchase Order or other correspondence. Any contingencies or additional terms obtained on any Purchase Order are not binding upon Tiburon. Add four(4)new Washington 113RS fields to two(2)forms,tables, etc to both ARS and RMS systems 2. Add new processing for keeping history log. 3. Include Washington IBRS validation and submission changes, including adding new edits for those new fields 4 Provide thirty-two(32)hours of onsite training for Code Table/Authorization,ARS Field(s), i Incident Field(s)and NIBRS report assistance. Tiburon Responsibilities 1) Prepare internal design. 4 2) Modify the application per the Scope Description.
