RE. Acknowledgement and Consent Letter for Modification of T-Mobile's Antennas Facilities-
Landlord Site Name- Pump Station No. 5
Tenant Site Name- Site SE04024A East James,Kent,WA
Dear Mr.LaPorte:
T-Mobile West Corporation,flea Voicestream PCS III Corporation("Tenant")and City of Kent
("Landlord")entered into a Lease Agreement on September 23, 2005,together with Addendum One,
signed on May 18, 2011,extending the Lease term through September 26,2015 (collectively,the
"Lease"),for a site located at 23825 988'Avenue South,Kent,WA 98031 (the"Premises"),to install
telecommunication equipment as defined in the Lease(the"Antenna Facilities")on the Premises.
The purpose of this letter is to request consent to modify the existing Antenna Facilities.Under Section
5 a(1)of the Lease,"Prior to construction,Tenant shall submit plans and specifications drawn to scale for
all improvements to Landlord for Landlord's written approval,such approval not to be unreasonably
withheld No improvement,construction,installation or alteration shall be commenced until plans for
such work have been approved by Landlord,and all necessary permits have been pi operly issued."
Tenant is requesting consent to replace three existing panel antennas with three similar size panel
antennas,within the existing antenna sluoud on the monopole The total number of antennas will not
change and these will be no visual changes to the facilities as the antennas ate located in a concealed
shroud. The improvements shall be made in accordance with the plans and specifications shown on
Exhibit"A,"which is attached to this lettei and incorporated by this reference.
Under the terms of this acknowledgment and consent letter(the"Acknowledgment and Consent Letter"),
Tenant hereby requests Landlord's approval to install the above mentioned equipment on the Premises
and Antenna Facilities.
